I also saw in the article there that both of his parents are deceased.. So he has been living with someone else ..But yes, it is something a little weird especially considering Deion will be in Baltimore a good bit.

I think it's funny Deion wants to adopt this kid to give him a chance. He can get a full schlorship to practically ANY university in the nation and then he's probably gets a multi-million dollar contract in the NFL after 3 years.
