Your opinions on Rogers/DET and McCaffrey/DEN...sleepers..?

granted i know mccaffrey isnt exactly a sleeper but i say that because of last years stats...with plummer gunning away...can he resume to those big numbers and TDs he's capable of..?

and as for rogers...no hakim right..? he's being ranked awefully high on some lists and comments ive seen...is he going to be an impact this year or not...?

there's always some players you take a shot on as i am debating these 2 and would like to hear the opinions of others on these 2 or if you have another decent receiver that may be the target in another orginization throw him in the mix...

I have Rogers and the Houston rookie as backups in one of my
leagues, I'm hoping one of them will make an impact in the
last 7-8 games. If you need a sleeper, look at McCarrins with
the Titans. He's pushing Bennett for #2 and I think Steve is
going to have a big year.

I would be a little cautious with McCaffery there is a lot of talk that Lelie will win the 2nd receiver slot and even if he doesn't there are going to be more 3 wide sets. Denver wants to take advantage of the speed of both Portis and Lelie. Think this very well may be Ed's last year in Denver.

I have to agree with NewToThis, Lelie is bound to be the number 2 receiver at some point in the season, if not from the start. Easy Ed will fill the slot receiver position and won't be as prominent in the offense, definitely not as many touches as last year. Plus with Portis exploding onto the scene, they're bound to be a more high scoring offense and will be running the ball a lot more often, meaning not as many touches for the receivers.

Lelie is one of my sleeper receiver picks, along with Reed and Bryant, although I don't really think you can call any of these sleepers, except maybe Bryant.
