"Moss was arrested Tuesday and was accused of bumping a woman working as a "traffic-control agent" with his car. Moss' car was impounded, police said. The agent tried to stop Moss from making an illegal turn, and Moss used his car to slowly push her a half-block along the street, stopping when she fell to the ground, police said. The woman was not seriously hurt. Moss was jailed on suspicion of assault with a dangerous weapon, a felony. Police said the county attorney would consider charges Wednesday, and it was unclear whether Moss would be allowed to post bail Tuesday night."...don't know how it will affect him ,it's not good for sure.He needs no more on his mind to further his downfall this season.
