While agree anyone is draftable at the right spot. After what Mike Vick did to me last year in one league he is demoted enough spots that I pray he wont slip that far and I will be forced to draft him.

Cleveland RB's. Had Green two years ago and had Lee last year. Got burned on both of 'em. I'll wait until 2006 to see if it solidifies this year...

Vick is the first that comes to mind. Minnesota RBs would probably rank 2nd on this list.

Fred Taylor. Too many injury concerns and Greg Jones is the goal-line guy to boot.

ALthough I should give him a little more love, he won me a fantasy championship in his rookie year. He and Robert Edwards. lol... I started 2 rookie running backs the entire year and won the championship. Bet that'll never heppen again.
