Hes slightly overrated as a top 5 - but in the 6-10 range seems about right.
I gotta agree with all of this.... I think he's going to have a year similar to Dom Davis last year.... He'll disppoint through the first part of the season and then blow up as JP Losman learns how to be an NFL quarterback.... Should be money late, which is right when you want your RB to turn it on....
I won't take a chance on him in the top 5, probably closer to 9-10. He is playing with a rookie QB and he didn't even get 4.0 a carry last year. Sure he was coming off not playing because of injury but thats the more reason. I see 1250-1300 yds and 9-10 TDs. There are too many other guys who I believe to be more legit picks in the top 8ish or so. He could have a little better year than the one I just predicted but I'm going to let someone else take that chance!
Keeper league-definitely top 5....other top RBs like Alexander (not sure if he's staying in Seattle in the future), Priest (will he retire?), Edgerrin James (doubtful he'll be a Colt especially with the salary cap issue), etc. have doubtful futures in keeper leagues.
Redraft league-top 10 at minimum (as people said before, young QB, inexperienced O-line might cause some trouble for McGahee)
