Help with Names

We have a league with 2 conferences and 2 divisions in each conference. Anyone have any suggestions for good names for 2 conferences and 4 divisions?

AFC, NFC for the conferences.

The divisions should be a little more creative. In my old league we used to name the two divisions after the teams who played in the championship the last season.

So there'd be the AFC Marver, NFC Marver, AFC (insert 2nd place here), and NFC (insert 2nd place here).

Depends on who's in the league.

If it's a group of buddies, I'd say something like "East Cost" and "West Coast" for the conferences, and "Rappers" and "Gangsters" for the divisions.

If it's a group of strangers, use colors for the conference name, like Red and Blue. Have the division names be words that when paired with the conference color make a common phrase. Red conference could have the Bull and Rover divisions, and Blue conference could have the Ball and Moon divisions.

I like what Daullaz said--it kinda depends on who's in the league. I'd say go with D here

I always like going the old coach way....Shula Division, Walsh Division, etc. etc.

I'd go with former fantasy studs.

In the CFF, the confrences are the Ron Mexico conference and the Simplex conference. Those are good for conferences, and then divisions can be,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I have no clue, Herpes maybe??

Makes the rivalries hotter. but seriously i like some of these other suggestions better. like old coaches or old players.
