Two NYJ LBs to Retire...

Jets | Lewis Signed; Will Retire

The New York Jets have announced the signing of LB Mo Lewis. Lewis will retire as a member of the team June 28. He was a third-round draft choice of the team in 1991.

The New York Jets have announced the signing of LB Marvin Jones. Lewis will retire as a member of the team June 28. He was a first-round draft choice of the team in 1993.


good guys and good role players for the jets...

jones had 6 100+ tackle seasons as a lifetime Jet while lewis had 5 as a lifetime jet...

how?? was it funny?? :-b

my ceramics teacher taught for a while, then retired. the new teacher shortly died, so the retired one was brought in for a month of so. she said the reitred life was great.

Agree...they were both very solid players for a number of years who experienced alot of losing until Parcells took them to the AFC championship game.
