advice on who to start at runningback

Who do you think I should start this week at runningback. I currently have Shaun Alexander as my #1 runningback and my choices for #2 are Emmitt Smith who plays at St. Louis, Thomas Jones who plays at NY Giants, or Jamel White who plays at Pittsburgh. Thanks for the advice.
