I'm with you; 8-8 sounds like a decent campaign. Sure, a better record and a playoff spot are both possible, but so is a sub-.500 year. It'll definitely be an interesting team to watch...
i do think the giants can get over 8-8 and make it to the playoffs baring any serious injuries... shockey looks poised to bounce back and elis timing with plax and toomer has looked great in practice
this team can only get better maybe next years their year

Agreed, and agreed. The O-line is looking better. The D-Line will be nice as well, hopefully they don't get butchered again by injuries. Those were two huge problems last year. I'll be perfectly satisfied with 8-8, but there's always a chance they'll surprise (or fall off a cliff).
They are definately capable of an 8-8 year, but if they can get Manning on track, they could surprise with better (10-6?). It will take some luck though, to avoid injuries and win a few close ones.

I didn't realize crack was so popular around these parts.
But that doesn't really surprise me all that much. There are still lots of questions, and after last year's collapse I'm sure there are plenty of doubters.
as a fan of the g-men i am hoping for a nice winning season, and honestly i fell if key guys can stay healthy, make a few big plays and steal a game or two than the giants can post a 10-6 record this season,,,but maybe i'm just losin it
