Giants Record in 2005? 8-8? Better? Worse?

Well, our team rankers aren't terribly optimistic about the Giants' prospects...

after years of being a giants fan i have realized that no analyst wants to believe the giants are ever good. and the team always plays better when they are the underdogs

I agree with you here. And recently they somehow seem to perform opposite of expectations too. Hiigh expectations turn into lousy years, low expectations turn into decent years.
