Who was the preseason steal of you r draft? Dumbest move?

I am in a 12-team league with standard scoring. We start QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, WR/RB, K, and DEF with 7 bench spots.
My steal is an easy one; I nabbed Lelie in the 13th round.


My dumbest move was in miss reading my fellow Gms interest in D and getting stuck with Cleveland with my last pick.

the silver lining in the defense debacle is that you can play the matchup game for a lot of the season. last year, i drafted WAS (marvin lewis)and NO (vs DET in WAS off week). i ended up rotating between WAS,JAX and ARI for a lot of the games. not the rosiest of scenarios, but still very serviceable. what DEFs are still available?

My steal was Donte Stallworth in the last round. Somehow he was missed. Now I'm trying to trade him.

Jaguars, Skins, Colts, 49ers, Chiefs, Texans, Seahawks, Leos, Bengals, Cards, Bills, and the Vikes are available. I'm leaning toward SF against Chi for week 1.

How did Donte fall that far, Sin? And who were you picking ahead of him in earlier rounds? What great luck.

Best moves were trading Vick for Holmes before preseason and getting J Rice in the 10th rd. Worst was taking my second QB instead of Buckhalter in the 8th.

I love it when the QB pendulum swings the other way - when everyone knows QBs are a dime a dozen so a great one slips past the first 4 rds where they should be a lock. I have teams that I got Gannon and Culpepper in the 6th, and Ive seen Peyton go that late as well.

Right now, Yahoo has James Stewart and Stallworth off the ranking radar - so they can slip through as well. Stewart in the 13th is my best.

Worst move - every single person that took Vick in the first rd. How many times did you have to warn them?

I got Canidate in the 13th round, Kerry Collins in the 14th, and Charles Rogers in the 15th.
And in free agency....I got John Reed, Ashley Lelie, Amos Zereoue and Brad Johnson.

I got Heap in the seventh round. My dumb move was I picked T. Green a little too early with my 5th round pick.
