Is there any way to shrink an animation you find on a site down to avatar size?

If not, how do you make your own?

It can be done but it's a very tedious process. You will need a program like Microsoft Gif Animator. First you have to rip the animation apart, frame by frame, resize each one, then put them back together with the same program. Sounds simple enough but it can be a pain in the ass.

if it is just a little bit over (say like 12 or around there) I could reduce it down if you want
