What is the deal with a bunch of rookies and ricky williams not being listed as players available?

Until Williams files his re-instatement papers and is accepted back, he's not considered an NFL player so that could be the reason. Not sure why some rookies aren't (can't be because they haven't signed contracts because several of those are on Yahoo).

Uhh...Ricky Williams is still retired. He won't come out of retirement officially until the last few days of July.

As far as the rookies go, I am not sure. Maybe it is becuase most of them have yet to agree to contracts?

Does it matter? I gurantee that by the time preseason rolls around every player that matters, and many that dont for that matter, will be listed.

It's funny, because when there were rumors of his return last last year, he was available on the yahoo waivers and I picked him up....

I was annoyed in a recent draft when I couldn't find Eric Shelton or Jacobs. Neither of them are listed.
