Photoshop to Web?

Just a real quick question. I would like to take a webpage I made in Adobe Photoshop and make it my home page on Geocites.

Just wondering how this is accomplished.

Do I use GoLive, and how? Do I save the file as something different? Do I have to copy past HTML? Any thoughts or suggestions or directions would be greatly appreciated.
