I finished the book awile ago and just saw this thread. Does anyone know why Harry has to go back to the Dursley's house to get protected. I didnt really get why he had to go back into the house does anyone think Lord Voldemort will try to get him there and Harry will be protected and then kill him or something like that?

The is some magic that dumbledore did that gives harry some special protection against Voldomort as long as he goes back there every year until he turns 18
