Who wins the Heisman?

I think Adrian Peterson will win it now that he is the only Okl. candidate this year. However, if he doesn't I would have to assume that Matt Leinart will win because USC will probably wint he national championship again this year.

However, I do this Vince Young could win it. His performance in the Rose Bowl against Michigan was ridiculous last year, and if he shows that same kind of talent this year, I think he will at least be a finalist.

I just read an article in ESPN magazine about Omar Jacobs from Bowling green. I don't know what kind of schedule they had but the numbers he put up were amazing. 4,002 passing yards with 41 TDS and....4 interceptions! a division 1-a record. Why didn't this guy even get a look at for heisman?

No one from a small college or a mid major league is going to win the Heisman. They don't get the exposure the big schools do and they are always looked down on as having "played lesser competition".

I'm not saying it's right, jus the way it is.

Don't know, if you want to talk about systems then every year a texas tech qb would be winning the hiesman with there stats.

It really comes down to winningest team and best player on the team. My guess is Matt Leinart will win it, again. Just for the fact he came back for another year and voters might like the fact someone picked college over the big bucks.
