In all honesty, CB is one of the hardest positions to rank. Here are mine:

1. Champ Bailey
2. Chris McAlister
3. Patrick Surtain
4. Charles Woodson (healthy)
5. Fred Smoot

Dolphins are really going to miss Surtain back there.

Id replace Smoot with Law on this list - but thats about right.

I cringe every time CWoodson is left out of these kind of rankings.

I think Chris McAlister is so grossly overrated just because he plays with so much talent around him. He is not a shutdown corner. Champ was also exposed last year, knocked him down somewhat IMO.
