best kick returner/punt returner

My question is if there are any kick return/punt return guys who'll put up enough numbers to be worth a pickup.. preferably at the RB position (return yds 25 per point, tds 6 per).. At the moment Chad Morton, Brian Mitchell and Michael Lewis are all available.
