According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, the NFL is expected to clear Ricky Williams to report to the first day of Dolphins training camp. In doing so, the league will be granting him a two-day exemption since he retired on July 26 a year ago and camp starts on July 24 this year. He will be offered this concession on the condition that he remains in good standing with the NFL's drug testing program, which he has been a part of for several weeks already. Williams will still have to serve a four-game suspension for his third violation of the substance abuse program, which occurred last year, but will be allowed to play in Dolphins preseason action.
plus Brown will be missing the first part of camp because contract negotiations, do you guys think that since he'll the only back in camp for a couple of days his chances to be the starter are any better?
