Does anybody know the number of postings required for each classification? I am tired of being called a cheerleader (I personally think a Monday morning quarterback is more knowledgable than a cheerleader!)

LOL. I forget what they are, but I think you get something for 1000. If I remember right either 50 or 100 I think got you a different one too..Just too long ago to remember right man..
I would check out the memberlist button above and sort by post count...Click on a few people and see where they are and what their title is. Hope that helps man.
Good luck with your quest to not be a cheerleader anymore!

Thanks...I better get going if I am going to make it to 1000 (will be hard with 3 kids running around...but if I can just kick them away and ignore them, it will greatly improve my chances)
My suggestion is to focus on the posts, not the post count. Personally, I don't even see that part of the screen because it simply doesn't matter. Then in a month or two you can glance over there and see something has changed, not because you posted alot, but because you posted well.

That goes without saying...the one reason I think this is the best site out there for advice is because of the postings. My reason for this post was just out of curiousity... and hatred for being called a cheerleader!
I agree that it doesn't really matter; I am very new here (actually first started visiting the baseball site by accident) and was ecstatic that there was one for football (I am a former Fanball forum guy). That classification is more of an indication of your time spent here, not necessarily your expertise (although they do seem to go hand in hand based on the postings from the long-timers here).
Looking forward to being an active part of the group; hope my advice helps others.
