That's what i always do. Print off the owners' names, cut them up in same shaped pieces of paper, and draw them out of a hat.

yeah names out of a hat, or use a deck of cards is what I have always done.

Ya paper, pen, and a hat is the best way I think. It builds suspense to see who gets the first pick and sinse generators are like oh I got the first pick um whoo hoo? More fun to do it out of a hat.

Although others recommended pulling paper out of a hat, not all the owners could be present for the "lottery", so I used the first site Mercer listed, and entered each owner's e-mail address so they could see the order sent directly from that site. Everyone's satisfied. ;-D

Yeah, I think the PFS randomizer is really cool.

Paper works too, but if you get hi-tech on the others, you might get some "commissioner respect" from the other members right off the bat. :-)
