Unsure who to take

I have the 13 pick in a 14 team league. The problem here is, I pick 13th in every round. I am still debating my pick. I know the following guys will be gone- Faulk, Warner, Garcia, Manning, Green, Alexander, R. Williams, James, and Moss. I am thinking about T. Owens. Problem is, I probably won't get a good back in the 2nd round. Please help!

13th pick every round that sucks is it a keeper league? If not forget it I would not participate in that biased and unfair league

Yeah,this is just isn't fair, but if Owens is available,get him! Dillon or Martin would also be great choices here! Second round might leave you with guys like Bettis, Staley or some second tier QB
