TE Eric Johnson broke his collarbone in the first quarter of San Francisco's game on Saturday. He was hurt on the first play from scrimmage. After catching a 1-yard pass, he was tackled by CB Dale Carter, who appeared to lead into the aggressive hit with his helmet.
