With the backs that you have in place I would leave Emmit alone. He is washed up and with the way Carter is playing defenses can key on Smith even more, and don't count on Quincy getting the hook because he is Jones' personal pick and Jerry is going to make sure that he gets every chance that he can to prove that Jones found that needle in a haystack.
