yahoo draft order question help?

My commish is telling me that to generate a draft order in yahoo we either have to draft offline or have yahoo assign a draft order half hour before the draft starts. Does anyone know if you can manually enter in a draft order and then do an online draft?

In the commish settings... you just switch the draft from random to ordered and provide the order...
