Chad's 1 for 2 if I recall correctly. No one believed it when he called the upset of the undefeated Chiefs, but then his pepto didn't work out. So, he's got fair odds to make true on his claim
Didn't he stay over night at the Chargers stadium and then put up sick #'s?

As a CJ owner for 2 years running now, I wish he'd keep his mouth shut. All he's going to do is fire up the Steelers' secondary and they're going to gameplan that much more for him, and play that much harder against him.

If it were only that easy...
All I know if my team doesn't play their hardest all the time, there is something wrong. If it takes a guy jawing at you to get you to play your best, you need to take your sorry ass home and let someone who wants to play in the game. As far as gameplans go, I think the coaches know what CJ is capable of, and plan as best they can to limit him. Not saying you are necessarily wrong about the emotional element of it, but I think alot of the guys around the league actually like CJ and think his comments are funny rather than insulting or intimidating.

That's the thing, I don't think he cares. If they game plan for him, and work on shutting him down, he knows that his teammates are going to get off.
The one thing about Chad is he never says anything about the #'s. He likes to tell people he's going to light some up, but I never here him complain if he doesn't get the ball (you know, TO style).
I just wish that CJ went to the trainer that Walker went to last offseason to help him improve his game.
He is a great deep threat, but he still has a lot of work to do in the consistency department. Seems to zone out on some plays and has some trouble making the clutch catches (Peter Warrick's forte). Needs work in the short and intermediate routes before he can be a true stud WR.
