I have always avoided leagues where you can't keep anyone drafted in the first 3 rounds. To me it just seems that the second year has a high probability of being off balanced due to rising stars.

I'd like to hear from people who have played in these leagues. How they were second year on and so forth.

I hate this type of system. I understand the intentions but it never works out that way. Football players' fantasy value is so volatile year to year that it ends up awarding the teams who "got lucky".
