Well, it's not that really it kidna is. But, it's because your taking a character who rarely talks and making him the lead role. And making games into rarely is good. Super Mario Bros. terrible movie, Final Fantasy movie (don't remember name) terrible. I think it would be better to take an RPG, rather than a first person shooter. Like Final Fantasy VII, IX, and X would all make great movies if you stick to the game. I still will prolly see the movie, just cause I love Halo and Halo 2 (only on-line for Halo 2, single player+terrible!).

If Samuel L Jackson was in it, I'd think it'd be worth it seeing just to see him pistol whip an Elite and say "ENGLISH %$(^#$ &%$#!, DO YOU SPEAK IT?" If Ridley Scott is directing it though, I doubt it would be bad.

I saw the books in Barns & Noble pnce, and I read the first 20 pages, then like 20 pages in the middle. THe book didn't seem very good. But since it's a book than the dialouge will be better!
