How do I open files with Photoshop?

How do I open files with Photoshop when I download brushes from Deviant Art? I can't figure it out.

Your question is kinda worded weird, be more specific. You have brushes and don't know where to put them, is that it?

if you are talking about loading brushes you go to the brush thing on the right side and hit the little triangle and go to load brushes. If you are talking about something else I dont understand

If I donwload a brush from Deviant Art, it usually gives the option of .zip or Open With Photoshop. Now its only giving me the Photoshop option... I don't really know how to word it.

Basically, I want to know where the brushes go after I download them.

click on 'save to desktop', at least that's what it says for me

then unzip the brush set into the Photoshop folder with all the other brushes

then follow Crimedogg's steps
