Need To Find A League for 4 People- With Tues Waive Wire

I have posted several posts in this forum on signing up for my league and I have decided to give up and join someone elses league. I do have some things I need a league to have for me and my friends to join. I need an IDP league that will not allow waiver wire tranactions after game time starts until the following Tuesday morning. I also want a league that has either 1 pt per 15 yards rushing, recieving or 1 pt per 10 yards rushing, recieving and 1 pt 30 yards passing.
