I have a 50" HD tv but I have regular direct tv satelite so I don't get any HD games I've seriously thinking of going digital any suggestions?

Dude, you HAVE to. The difference in HD and regular TV is unbelievable. SO worth it.

Amazing how after only a couple of days watching HDTV, you can't imagine life without it...

I prefer my projection screen that takes up the whole wall with the 7.1 surround sound....Oh hell yes.

Just watchout for that burn in.

Anyone actually get burn in? I've had mine for over a year now and am pretty cautious about leaving static images on the screen.

From what I have heard that is more a problem with plasma tvs. Since I have 2 little kids that like to pause dvds I went with the LCD which I hear doesn't have that problem.

I have had Cables version of TiVo for awhile now and it rules the world!! ;-D
