If you could get any value for them, dump them. If you have Wrs that can let you carry Conway for the first few games you may want to see if Vinny can find him.

I had Curtis Conway and I dropped him because of this.
Vinny may do "OK", but the Pennington injury is a killer.
Especially for a team that had already lost L. Coles to the Redskins.
Far worse than the Michael Vick injury, IMO.

On the other hand - Curtis Martin just got a 'boost".

My 2 cents, anyway.

I think this hurts both, but Moss more so than Conway. Moss was already a sleeper with Pennington at the helm, but with Testeverde there now... Conway is going to be the comfort receiver and Moss will not get as many looks. Get someone for Moss if you can, and relegate Conway to bye-week fills until he proves otherwise.

If anything Martins value went down... The whole Jets offense will suffer and with Vinny at qb they will be throwing near the end of games not running... Should i trade Conway for Stallworth, the guy may do it but im just scared Conway will be good with Vinny throwing a lot of passes (with the Jets down by 20 each game)

Yes, I have to agree with everybody else here that with Pennington out the Jets offense could be pretty sad. This will have the biggest negative impact on Conway, Moss, and Martin as well. However, I think that there is one player(besides Testaverde) who's fantasy value actually rises because of all of this. That man is none other then Wayne Chrebet. He has always been Vinny's favorite target and I don't see any reason why that should change now. I probably would not recommend starting him right away but you could do much worse for a number 4 or 5 receiver, especially in deep leagues. He's somebody to keep an eye on and see how he does the first couple weeks.
