What is the difference between a drunk and a pothead?
A drunk will run a stop sign,
and
a
pothead
Will stop and wait for it to turn green.
You could think of government workers like teenagers. You pay them an allowance, but do you get any work out them? They eat the food, put their feet on the furniture and complain loudly whenever they are unhappy.

Well, he wasn't drunk at the time! He just drinks a lot, and drank himself stupid! But, I think during the school year he'll be fine again!
