I've seen the same so far in about 5 drafts I've been in.

In a few mocks that I have done, Manning has been the 5th or 6th pick every time.

Culpepper is going somewhere in the mid-late 2nd.

I think that should be about the "going rate" for these guys. There's no way I'd take Culpepper in the first round even with 6 point TD's.

In leagues with 6 pt TDs, Manning goes 1-3 usually from my experience. Culpepper 10-12.

I've seen Manning go as high as #1 overall and as low as 4th or 5th overall. I've seen Culpepper go mid 1st round and as low as mid 2nd round in standard 12 team re-drafts.
