I think Ward's below all the big guns...probably above Burleson territory but below Horn/Walker/AJ. You know he's going to get his 1000 yards, but I don't know if his ceiling is all that high either. I also don't expect him to catch a bunch of TD's this year which is what WR's need to be in the top tier. 6-8 is his norm whereas other guys get 8-12.
