here is what ive been working on i went to a site to get lightning and i tryed it out i think it looks ok but i couldnt get a backround with it ... so tell me what u thing and i would appreciate it

i did the lightning in the old sig contest


heres the tut

1. open your document
2. set the foreground color to white, background to black
3. go to filter > render > clouds
4. go to filter > render > difference clouds
5. go to image > adjust > invert
6. go to image > adjust > levels and move the arrow all the way to the right
7. use hue/saturation or color balance to change it to whatever color you want
