Would like to have a live draft Aug. 31st or Sept. 6th, Time TBD
League would be held at MFL
If interested please reply here
The Draft will be at a date to be agreeable to all owners. The Draft will be conducted LIVE on-line via a web site and/or Chat room method. We will conduct 16 rounds of drafting. Draft Order for year 1 will be determined by Highest Roll conducted at irony.com. All subsequent draft orders will be set by reverse order of finish based on W/L and then Total Points from the previous regular season (excluding playoffs). The only exception will be that the prior year League Winner will select last.
Each team will have 4 mins to make a draft selection. After 4 mins your pick will be skipped and you can notify the commish as soon as possible to stop the draft or enter the pick for you.
There are no requirements for how each team must draft with regards to the number of players for each position. It is the owner’s responsibility to fill their roster accordingly, so that they will be able to submit a lineup. Each team will be allowed to pickup two additional players for a maximum of 18 roster spots. There will be no taxi, farm or injured reserve roster slots. There will be no roster moves from the conclusion of the draft until after week 1 games have completed.
Each team will be allowed to keep up to a maximum of 4 players from its previous roster prior to the next season. Cost of keeping a player shall be the loss of a draft pick per player for the next season. The lost pick shall be 2 rounds higher than the player was previously drafted at.
For example: Javon Walker was selected at 5.02 in 2005. In order to keeper Walker the next season it will cost you your 3rd round pick.
Players drafted in the 1st and 2nd rounds can not be kept.
If you elect to protect a player more than one time they will continue to cost a draft pick 2 rounds higher than the prior year. In the above example Walker would cost a R3 pick in 2006 and a R1 pick in 2007.
If you do not have the required draft pick (i.e. traded it away) you will lose the next highest. In the above example if you traded away your 2006 R3 pick, Walker would cost a R2 pick in 2006. His 2007 cost would still be a R1 pick. If you do not have a higher pick you can not protect the player. i.e. you can’t protect a player selected in the 3rd round if you have already traded away your first round pick.
Players not drafted can not be kept. This includes the first 2 waiver selections after wk1 to complete your roster.

Lineups – Start 9 players as follows:
QB RB WR TE Flex PK DT
1 2 2 1 1 1 1
All lineups must be in by game time of the first game played on Thursday/Saturday/Sunday. Because of the regularly scheduled Thursday games and sometimes Saturdays, a partial lineup may be submitted before game time on Thursday/Saturday. If no lineup is received, the previous weeks lineup will automatically be used. If no lineup was received the first week after the draft, then the players selected in the draft by the team in question will be used in the order they were drafted. If a team submits a partial lineup on an early game and doesn’t turn in the remainder of their lineup, said team will fill out the remainder of their lineup by again using the players selected in the draft. Players who were started the previous week are NOT automatically started for Thursday games. A new partial lineup must be submitted. Each team is responsible for submitting their lineup on time. It is not the leagues responsibility to remind you.
Lineups will be submitted to the Commissioner and to your opponent for that week.
Substitutions are not allowed - meaning you can not submit a lineup with any stipulations such as `if so and so starts, play him instead of playerX`
Flex position includes – RB, WR, or TE and excludes QB, PK and DT
Tanking Games - Submitting lineups for sole purpose of tanking a game is an unacceptable practice. The Commissioner shall not admit lineups which include players that are out and/or have the remotest possibility of playing in a game, ie a backup Quarterback on his own team, or otherwise. Lineups that start sub-par players will be scrutinized but not dismissed. Please submit your best lineup at all times - see additional guidelines.
Transactions are Unlimited. Players that were not drafted and/or have been cut by a team shall be deemed Free Agents. Free Agents can be picked up thru Blind Bidding (BB) and First Come First Serve (FCFS).
The BB will be from Monday 9am PST until Wednesday midnight ET. Teams will be informed of their new rosters on Thursday noon ET at the latest. Please submit all claims with players you wish to waive from your roster, unless you have room for the acquisition.
Blind bid rules:
A. FA acquisition will be made using a Blind Bid system
B. Each team starts the season with $150 to use for FA pickups
C. Blind Bids can be made between the end of the Monday Night game and Wednesday 12 midnight ET

All FCFS transaction requests will be open beginning on Thurs noon ET until kickoff of the first game in the week. This means FCFS will be closed Thursday PM in Week 12.
Acquisitions during FCFS will cost $5.
During the FCFS period, all acquisitions must be followed by or preceded with a waive, unless there is a room on your roster.
Transactions will be allowed to continue thru the playoffs. However, all players that are released after week #10 will not be eligible to be resigned by any team until after the NFL draft for the coming season.
Trades are to be submitted by all the owners thru the league site. There is no limit to the number owners involved in a trade. The trading deadline for the season will be week #10. Trading will resume after all Keepers are declared before the upcoming season/draft.
All trades will be official upon acceptance by both parties and the trade is completed on the league site.
