From the podium at the 50 yard line of the KOTJ Super Bowl:
First, I would like to thank the commissioner of the league, mutantseabass, for his work in putting together a great group of guys. Without him this would not have been possible. I would also like to acknowledge the work of Santacruzer as well. His work as co-commish did not go un-noticed. The work of both of these guys helped to make a league of 12 over the internet a success. Thank you guys!!
Second, this league would not have as much meaning if there was not a great group of team owners. This is for all of you guys for putting in the hard word work and love for each of your teams to try and make them a success. Some teams were put behind the 8-ball early with draft problems, but everyone made this a league to be proud of. I would like to see everyone back next year.
This honor could not have been possible without the support of my wife. She knows that Sunday is football Sunday and that I need to log-on and check the status of my players throughout the week.
Lastly, I would like to thank the fans. We also had a new fan arrive the day of the Championship, just to pop the champagne. I would also like to congratulate my team from the MAFFL for winning the title this year.
