Vancouver Washington/Portland Oregon area salary cap FF leag

I am running an on-line fantasy football salary cap league for the Vancouver/Portland area or for anyone who wants to join. This is the forth year I have run it and it is a small private league.
It is a salary cap league and it costs $50.00 for the sign up and $1.00 per trade with a 100% payback.
