Postby chinch sacs » Mon Aug 25, 2003 11:58 pm

there are some guys on th FA that I have been watching in the pre-season, and dont know if I should pick them up... if any are worthy of T. Taylors place, please let me know...

FA:
A. Lelie
C. Chambers
D. Bates

here is my line-up ( everyone is a starter except ones marked "B" for bench)

QB- Manning
QB- Brooks
RB- Holmes
RB- A. Green
RB- Lewis
WR- Holt
WR- Driver
WR- Booker
TE- Brady
PK- Akers
PK- Hollis
DEF- BAL

B- Plummer
B- O. Smith
B- Staley
B- Q. Morgan
B- T. Taylor

I'd drop Taylor for Lelie, Plummer stinks though. Morgan could have a huge year for you.

Plummer didn't impress me one bit.

I know it's preseason and all...

Stick with Morgan and drop Taylor if you feel inclined to jump on the Lelie bandwagon.

I would drop either Q. Morgan or T. Taylor for Chris Chambers.

He is a top 20-25 WR.

All three are close, but I'd drop Taylor for Chambers or maybe Lelie.

Or drop Plummer and pick up Kitna or someone else.

Kitna? you were kidding right? But I did drop Taylor for Lelie...

Any ideas on a kicker? It looks like Hollis is hurt, I might get that guy out of JAC, he has been good in pre-season and knocked down a 55-yarder, plus the Jags aren't going to get many TDs so that means more FGs
