A drunk will run a stop sign
and
a pothead will stop and wait for it to turn green.
You could think of government workers like teenagers. You pay them an allowance, but do you get any work out them? They eat the food, put their feet on the furniture and complain loudly whenever they are unhappy.

sort of related to the first post, but I was talkingh to an off-duty cop at my favorite watering hole and he was telling me about this time that he pulled over a pothead. He knew something was wrong when there was a car at the intersection stopping and going every 2 seconds. Why was it doing that? Because the intersection had a blinking red light. Dude must've been so high...

Maybe some potheads are just stupid to begin with.
You just hit the nail on the head GP. I have seen some of the stupidest kids ever! Some stoners are just flat out idiots!

Yep some, I know some really intelligent kids who smoke. Maybe it gives them knowlegde?
