ya, whats the deal with this guy. hes on free agents in my league, but how do you guys think he will do this year

I think that he should be an important part of the Lions’ offense this year, but until I see some proof I can wait. Does Mariucci use his TE a lot? Or was the 9ers TE that poor? If Ricks is a free agent and your TE is mediocre or facing a tough D, take a chance for the Arizona game.

Ricks is a good player with all the ability needed to be a good tight end. His main concern is the development of Harrington. A TE is normally no better than his QB, so when harrington develops Ricks could be a fantasy starter, until that point I see him being no better the a guy who will be used in bye weeks.
