I think you'd want PhotoShop 7.0 which is listed underneath the CS version for only 49.95 which is crazy cheap.

I know someone who bought a copy of it on eBay for like, $75...or maybe it was $50. Anyway, at any of those prices it's a good deal if you want to go the legal route. ;-D
