im just curious about the icon, so once we are on the Response Team will we always have the icon or will it disapear when we get taken off the team

No, it's a temporary thing that is revisited daily. Currently, there are 20 members on the team, and the number doesn't change (for now), but the members do.

So correct me if I'm wrong, but do the members who are CLOSE to being on the team have an advantage over someone who's not on the CLOSE list? Say one user is very helpful in the 3 forums, but is not on either of the lists. Another user who is on one of the lists is not very helpful. Does the user not on the list get the "call"?

Also, how often does this list change? Thanks! This is a very interesting concept!

Sure - the fact that it may change on a daily basis doesn't mean that it starts from scratch. The help you have given today has more weight than the help you have given last month, but all in all, it's a long-term concept to acknowledge those who have been continuously helpful. If you're on the reserve list and stop replying to threads, you obviously can't improve and make it on the actual team. If you're not on any list, you have every chance to get there, but of course, just being helpful for a day or two won't be enough.

hmm, this is just kinda unfair IMO, i dont really care if im on the team but yesterday i was reeeally bored so i answered like 30 start/bench, roster ratings, draft/trade, threads, now i come to here today to see if i made the team from that and im not even on the close list? i guess people dont use that was this helpful button much
