We've got a newbie in my regular league. His team is AWFUL. He's so much of a die-hard Steeler fan he's got their 2nd string TE on his team. I've given him a little advice and also a link to this website and encouraged him to come here for help from everyone

I got him to drop the extra TE for Colston from N.O. His team isn't great at this point, but he has T.O., Hinz Ward and the Steelers D, he should at least be able to put up a bit of a fight
