It really depends on if your in for the long run. What I mean is when does your starter have a bye week? If it's early then I would keep Kitna over Harrington. But if your starting QB bye week is in Week 10 then I would keep Harrington. Here is the reason. If the Bengals fall to a 2-5 start or so, then Coach Lewis will put in Palmer (the QB of the future) and let him learn since they are out of playoff contention. But with Harrington, barring injury will and should be getting better week after week and by later in the season might be putting up some mid-level QB FF numbers. Harrington at least has a better chance of finishing the season as the starter. Kitna will be benched as soon as they are out of the playoff race. Good Luck.

I think you gotta go with Harrington for two reasons.

1) They didn't draft Palmer to be a backup. Sooner or later, he's going to be starting.

2) You have to wonder how Mariucci is going to turn around their offense. Maybe he'll make Harrington into another Garcia.

I can't believe that I am going to suggest taking a Bengal, but I think he is the safest bet of the two.

I still see Harrington at least another year away from being a key contributor.
