im gonna disagree chuck. id say smith has a better year, he's the primary receiving option (although on a running team) and driver has javon to contend with.

ill go with smith hes the #1 receiver at Carolina only reason hes low is because of the injury last season and Driver is #2.....

I will say Driver cause the Packers D is that Bad and the Packers are gonna be airing it out. Even though he is the number 2 guy. Not everything can go to Walker

I'll say Driver, and to the people who disagree using the #2 WR arguement, I'd bet you'd take Wayne over Steve Smith.
