Ok I went to that site, checked out some forums but what the heck does ytmnd mean? Like we all know rotflmao means.

The very first one was a image of sean connery, with him saying "You're the man now dog" from the movie Finding Forrester over and over again. They then made a site that allows you to create similar stuff with a looping music, a tiled image or short video clip, and usually some text. So YTMND stands for "you're the man now dog", and its also a term for all the stuff on the site. Some other huge fads have been

Picard Song: The very first fad, its cut from a techno song about Patrick Stewarts character on Star Trek.

Khan: The quote William Shatner yells from "Star Trek II: Wrath of Khan"

I believe you have my stapler: Line from office space

Conan O Brien clapping his arms like an alligator

Darth Vader saying "NOOOOOOOO"

Gay fuel, mocking the energy drink marketed towards homosexuals. Usually interrupts a scene to "Tarzan Boy" by Baltimora. Mainly the "ohhhh" excerpt.

A line from the Sonic the Hedgehog TV show where Sonic warns children about sexual molestation.

A cut from the SNL skit "Night at the Roxbury" with Jim Carrey, Will Ferrel, and Chris Kattan bobbing their heads while a loop of "what is love" playing.

The Burger King, almost always paired with the phrase "WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW?" and the music from the 3rd LOTR trailer.

Kaga from Iron Chef taking a bite out of something

Making fun of Dschingis Khan's hit "Moskau".

Playing songs backwards to prove celebrities are Nazis, most famous being Hillary Duff because it actually works (the phrase "at least not today" sounds like "hail this Nazi land" when played backwards.

Other countries versions of popular cartoon theme songs, usually translated jokingly into what it sounds like in English. The most popular of these would be the Finnish version of the "Duck Tales" theme song. "Do the Mario" in German is also popular.

Parodies of the Metal Gear Solid death scene, where Otacon says "Snake? SNAKE! SNAKEEEEE!!!!!!

A scene from Punchout where Doc is riding on the bike and Little Mac is running after him, also with a cut of a 50 cent song (which I can't mention here) :-b

Peppy Hare from Star Fox 64 saying "DO A BARREL ROLL".

LEEEEEEROOOOY JENKINS. Some guy that plays World of Warcraft.

A Dark Age of Camelot player screaming about how someone stole his "Cloudsong" (that one is hilarious, goes on for like 5 minutes and the guy goes like beserk.)

The losing horn from the price is right is often used

Muhammad Hassan interrupting a scene with that crazy Arabic chant.

The ending of Harry Potter and the Half Blood prince being ruined, also almost always accompanied by "Tarzan Boy".

There is plenty more, those are most of the major ones. Hilarious site.
