Could turn into one of those Indianapolis-style you-won't-know-until-it-happens situations. :-o

Either way, it's probably not worth a handcuff unless you have an extremely deep bench. In that case, go for both... ;-)

In deeper leagues, I'd go with Perry over Watson. Perry is the future, Watson is the 3rd down/change of pace

Perry is the backup and is the 3rd down RB at this point. If Rudi were to get hurt, I dont think there is any way Watson could handle the whole load

Agreed. Perry has looked great this preseason. He will definitely get plays drawn up for him. I see Rudi getting pulled on 3rd down regularly. If anything happened to Rudi, Perry looks to be the one to step in.

I kinda thought so.

I had only seen Perry briefly during the preseason and he looked good.

Doesn't matter now...didn't end up with RJ in any draft. Regardless though...thanks for the responses :-D
