Deadline for picking up players during the week?

Could I get some opinions or could you tell me how your leagues work regarding picking up players during the week?

Do you have a first come first serve league....

or

Do you have a set time that pick-ups begin so that it is more uniform and conistent.

I would like the deadline to be 8pm on Sunday night.

waiver wire priority is set by worst record gets priority, best records gets last. Tie breaker is total pts scored.

Waivers runs tuesday morning and the las day for claims is 5 min before the first game of the week.
